Yes. From the Website Health page, signed-in users can schedule hourly, daily, weekly or monthly health scans for a URL and enter an alert email. You get an email when a scheduled scan fails, when the health score drops by your chosen number of points, or when the grade gets worse. The email lists the previous and new score, the top findings and a link to the full report.
The score is a weighted average of five category scores: Security (25%), Performance (20%), SEO (20%), Quality (20%, which includes link health and best practices), and Accessibility (15%). Each category starts at 100 and loses points per deduplicated root cause by severity.
Yes. Signed-in scans are saved with their full report, so you can re-open past results, download a PDF, and compare scores over time. Signed-in users can also add a monitor that re-scans a URL on a schedule (hourly, daily, weekly or monthly); each scheduled scan uses one audit credit from your plan. Monitors are limited per plan (1 on Free, 5 on Standard, 20 on Pro).
